Iced
Coffee |
| Iced coffee is the Continental way to drink coffee on a hot day. Make it the night before, and allow the flavors to marry in the refrigerator. Brew the coffee extra strong so that adding ice cubes will not dilute the flavor too much. If you find it more convenient, use your favorite instant coffee and add hot water; measure the granules for double-strenth. |
10 scoops coffee beans, ground 8 cups filtered water 6 tbls sugar |
1 tsp vanilla extract OR 1 tbls vanilla extract ˝ cup coconut milk or soy milk |
