2 oz amber rum 2 large strawberries, sliced ½ cup apple cider, soft ½ cup ginger ale 3-5 coffee beans, roasted 1 wedge of lime, squeezed 2-3 ice cubes 1 bamboo skewer 1 small cinnamon stick or piece of bark |

Squeeze the lime wedge and slice strawberries into a wide-mouthed jar. Add the rum, cider, cinnamon bark, and coffee beans. Cover the jar and refrigerate for 1 hour or over night until flavors marry. Pour into serving glass and top up with ginger ale. Stir with the skewer, add ice, and serve. |
